Absolutely! We highly advise to utilize the opportunity for a 360° omnichannel strategy in combining the Digital Screens In-Store with our onsite Ad Solutions. Retail Media can span every touchpoint in the customer journey and delivers the best results if combined for brand storytelling that ensures holistic customer engagement.
The outward facing window screens are in a 9:16 format (1080x1920px), while we have two different formats for the purchase walls. Purchase Wall 1 are in a 14:5 format (5408x1920px), while Purchase Walls 2 are in 16:9 format (1920x1080px). The resolution should be 720px or below if the original resolution is lower. You will be guided by our Digital Activation experts during the campaign planning with the exact specifications to turn heads through your spots.
The DOUGLAS Digital Screens consist purely of visual content in video format, designed to convey your brand storytelling in an engaging and impactful way.
We always advise to plan as much time ahead as possible. However, we remain full flexibility with a campaign start being possible even five working days after receiving the visual assets. Please bare in mind that the creation of strategy and mediaplan should be done upfront – no later than 14 working days before a campaign start.

We track data through trusted partners and modern technology that include precise GPS data and advanced Whitepaper 3D sensor technology. On top of impressions and CPM we also deliver additional insights with every campaign that support you in understanding your target groups in the best way possible.
The spot length standard is 10 seconds. For other spot lengths we need to check the inventory on an individual level.
The Digital Screens are focused on visual storytelling and do not currently support audio playback.
While the minimum campaign duration is one week (6 days),
we strongly recommend running flights for 2 to 4 weeks to maximize visibility and effectiveness.
There is also the possibility to run an always-on approach with a minimum runtime of three months including the change of visuals.

Yes, e-commerce brands are welcome to join the proof of
concept. Depending on the campaign goals, we offer tailored formats that can drive awareness, engagement, and traffic – even without a physical retail presence. // For the first time ever, we’re opening the door for e-commerce-only brands to advertise in Douglas stores. A select few e-commerce brands will be invited to join this pilot. Please ensure your visuals clearly indicate that your products are available on the Douglas online store.
